Terms of Service

By accessing or using Archway ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Archway is operated by Archway Technologies ("we", "us", "our").

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware or harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, abuse the AI generation feature to produce harmful or misleading content, or resell access to the Service without authorization.

You retain full ownership of all diagrams, DSL source code, and content you create using Archway. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. The Archway platform, including its DSL syntax, parser, AI models, Architecture Knowledge Graph, and user interface, is proprietary software owned by Archway Technologies.

Free accounts are subject to usage limits as described on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Dodo Payments. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

AI-generated diagrams are provided "as-is" and may require manual review and adjustment. AI generation credits are consumed per request regardless of output quality. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated architecture diagrams for any specific purpose.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

Archway is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, all data associated with terminated accounts is permanently deleted.
